Quote NowHandheld Laser Methane Remote Detector is an advanced gas inspection device newly developed by our company. Equipped with the world’s state-of-the-art laser gas detection technology, it realizes non-contact measurement, enables remote inspection of inaccessible areas for operators, and accurately locates leakage sources with rapid detection. This device greatly boosts inspection efficiency and reduces labor intensity.
The remote detector applies Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, featuring compact size, easy portability, superior gas selectivity, high sensitivity and ultra-fast response. Powered by lithium batteries, it delivers low power consumption and long service life. It comes with an intuitive user-friendly Chinese display interface, as well as audible and visual alarm functions.
It is widely used for sites with potential gas leakage, including urban gas transmission and distribution pipelines, refineries and chemical plants in petroleum & petrochemical industries, metallurgical plants, power stations and more. It is suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous explosive atmospheres containing Class IIA, IIB, IIC combustible gas & vapor mixtures with temperature classes T1 ~ T4.
Adopts Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology for non-contact remote detection of gas leaks.
Compact, lightweight body for effortless portability.
Excellent gas selectivity, responsive only to methane, effectively eliminating cross-interference from water vapor, vehicle exhaust and other gases.
Ultra-fast response; triggers instant alarm upon detecting leakage without delay.
Calibration function to eliminate ambient air background interference.
Professional anti-vibration structural design for enhanced durability against damage.
User-friendly operation with combined audible and visual alarm functions.
Built-in self-diagnosis system that automatically detects and alerts device faults.
Real-time battery level monitoring; low-power reminder displayed on screen.
Low power consumption design supporting long-duration continuous monitoring.
Intrinsically safe instrument certified for hazardous explosive environments.
It is widely used for sites with potential gas leakage, including urban gas transmission and distribution pipelines, refineries and chemical plants in petroleum & petrochemical industries, metallurgical plants, power stations and more.
