Quality Issues Under Normal Use from the Date of Purchase

1. The whole product is covered by free replacement within 3 months, free warranty within 1 year, and limited repair within 3 years.

1. The purchase date is subject to the invoice date (without an invoice, the production date applies).
2. The company shall not be liable for after-sales service for products without barcodes or serial numbers.
3. Quality issues do not include subjective objections to feel, appearance, or other personal preferences.
4. Replacement and waranty services are valid only under normal use. The following are not covered by free replacement or waranty and vil be charged for

Repair:
- Man-made damage (e.g., self-disassembly, improper connection, improper voltage input, use notin accordance with the manual)
- Damage caused by transportation or other accidents
- Damage from natural disasters and other force majeure
- Unauthorized repair or modification

2. For discontinued models, the company only provides functional repair (appearance may differ from the original product).

3. The warranty service does not cover the casing, user manual, or packaging.

To request service, please present the original warranty card and purchase invoice, Please keep the warranty card and invoice properly. The warranty card is invalid if altered.
